Following the upholding of the appeal for protection against the convictions in the ERE case issued by the Provincial Court of Seville and the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court supports the legal arguments put forth by the defenses in the so-called ‘political piece’ of the ERE case. Consequently, the immediate release of our client, who was serving a prison sentence for the case, has been ordered.
